after successful purchase you have to log in to kanev.com and click on User menu > My downloads (top right corner Register button will become User menu after log in).

please use the ticket system as if you reply to via email it goes to unmonitored mail box (which we occasionally check :) ) and on the support system you will receive help faster and several technicians monitor it and may help you.
The message you are getting:
JFolder create: Could not create directory path ...
Warning: Failed to move file
is not connected to Taxi Booking but rather Joomla itself.
It looks like some of your folders are not writeable (permission is not set to 755) and directory can not be created or files moved.
If you search Google with this problem I'm sure you will be able to find a solution, it may be incorrect writing permissions, wrong path to /tmp folder, not enough PHP memory on your server (unlikely), not enough space on your hosting (Taxi Booking is around 3MB so you will need at least 6MB available space to be able to install it) etc.
