I am sending you the screen of my problem before the red arrows, words are written in English ... I will wish either in French please ...
my management panel is also in English, is this normal?

All Taxi Booking labels are in the language file which you can download for additional languages from http://kanev.com/translations
Some translations may be missing there but you can easily add them.
If you notice that "Send order copy" is missing you can search for that term in Translations > Taxi Booking component > French > Search bar. After you add the translation click on Save.

To download and install translations on your website you can follow this tutorial: http://kanev.com/docs/21-taxi-booking/40-translate-taxi-booking

This translation screen also contains back end Taxi Booking labels so you can add translations and when you install them Taxi Booking will be in French at the back end also.
