Hi mp.aviator,
if you have updated from an older version of Taxi Booking please note that Live update now requires Download ID instead of user name/password.
You can get your Download ID by logging in to kanev.com and going to User menu > My Downloads, the Download ID will be displayed across the top of the page.

Taxi Booking updated to latest version 3.12 without a problem through the back end.
After you have entered Download ID you need to click on Refresh Update Information button to reconnect to the server.
You should not have any problems to update in the future if your Subscription is active.
