#398 – Issues

I have 2 issues

1) Your VAT ID is not EU VALID (VIES CHECK), please send me the valid VAT ID, because my accountant must send the invoices today

2) Your closing tichet pop-up has css issue (color)

We are not VAT registered and don't have VAT registration number.

How is possible to sell products from EU (UNITED KINGDOM) without TAX, inisde the EU it supposed that I should be charged tax because of this.

Now there is problem to submit your invoice.

there is no problem submitting our invoice, you just can't claim VAT back on it because it was not included in the price. Even if we were VAT registered VAT would not be added to your invoice as we would be paying it in UK.
Your accountant should know that and there is no problem to account for VAT and non-VAT invoices as an expense for your business.
