#399 – Google Analytics

 Hello to everyone

How can i add the google analytics Conversions to Taxi Booking component ?

I have the google analytics script on the website but I like to have the Conversions of Taxi Booking in my google stats.

Is it possible and how to do this

Hi NXS,
if you need to track conversions of your bookings with Analytics you can add tracking code to the Thank you page: components\com_taxibooking\views\thanks\tmpl\default.php
This is not necessary as all Orders are recorded and you can see their number at the back end and also filter Orders based on different criteria and export to CSV but if you are looking to get some other insights that are not being recorded eg. Browser type, user location at the time of booking etc. then the Thank you page is the best place to do it.

Please note that Thank you page will be overridden next time you update Taxi Booking so you will have to add the code manually every time after each update.
In the future we may add the Thank you pave to the back end so it does not get overridden.

That solution was fine,
