#403 – Update Issue

 Hello

I have a strange problem in update from version 3.10.2 to the latest 3.12.

I have this error on update, i was try the component update and reinstall to the joomla but without luck.

The joomla version is 3.4.1
Any one to help me on this ?

Hi Chris,

I think first attempt to update was somehow unsuccessful, but LIVE update triggered all SQLs. So, now any attempt should show this type of SQL error "Duplicate column name...". Please provide Temporary back end and FTP log in details to your website in a PRIVATE ticket so we can take a closer look and help you with your issue.
