How can we can export ALL the orders out of the backend.. rather than per page.. we have over 3000 and export page by page will take forever, surely there is got to be a global export out some where/ somehow.. thanks

Joomla's SQL adapter will crash your server if you try to export a big amount of data and this is why we have limited export to just selected orders.
You can export all orders directly in you MySQL DB using PHPMyAdmin or similar tool for DB management.
We recommend you export data often based on different filters for best results.
We have also researched Report building tool and it's development is published here: http://kanev.com/development/taxi-booking/43-csv-export-builder-for-orders-reports
