#430 – Same day return Trip when using 12 hr format

 Unable to select hour when using 12 hour format.

Steps:
Back-end Under General Settings,
1) Datepicker Type: jQuery
2) Time Format, select 12 hr

Front-end
3) Book a trip
4) Select Date and Time: tomorrow 0700 am
5) Check return box
6) Select the same date for return
7) Select 0400 pm

* Notice hour box display 08,09, 10, 11, 12

In 24 hour format hours 13 -23 appears
