I cannot seem to find a way to add a price per additional passenger setting. I'm trying to add $10 for additional passengers... where can I do this?

at the moment price per passenger is only available in Shuttle booking type.
We have researched the possibility to add Price per passenger for Address search as well but this will require additional development. We have posted the project on our Development section: http://kanev.com/development/taxi-booking/1-add-price-per-passenger-and-additional-luggage-charge. Feel free to comment or contribute there.
There is a work around but you will have to create different cars for different number of passengers. Use Minimum and Maximum passengers to set up the relevant price for each car.
For example:
Car 1 Passenger - Min passengers: 1, Max passengers 1 - Price $1 per mile.
Car 2 Passengers - Min passngers: 2, Max passengers 2 - Price $1.2 per mile.
Car 3 Passengers - Min passngers: 3, Max passengers 3 - Price $1.4 per mile.
And so on.
