#475 – Confirmation messages

Hi,
 I would like to ask some questions about the confirmation messages sent after the booking.

1 - It seems that there is only one template for all the messages sent: To the Customer, To Us and To the Driver. The message is the same for all. Is that correct?
2 - The message sent to the client waiting aproval and the message sent after acceptance of the booking are also the same. Is that correct?
3 - Where are the template files and which is what, so we can change its content?

Hi Jay,
all messages are different and it is best to use Language override to change texts because all of your changes will be overridden when you update Taxi Booking.

They are not donne in translations?

Yes they are done with JText which is translatable and this is why Language overrides will work for you so your changes are not deleted next time you update Taxi Booking.
