#489 – Taxi booking PROBLEMS!!

 Hi Taxibooking,

I do not like the service of you systeem any more because it gives me a lot of problems,

Now the systeem send automaticaly to all user an email witha New Order Reminder!!

My customers are very angry about this because this now the second time it's send to user the did not have order a taxi.

If this keep staying like this i will stop to use the service of taxibooking any more.

Hi Brahim,
email reminders will be sent to Drivers, Admins and only customers who have booked a car.
We have been asked by many of Taxi Booking users to add this feature to Taxi Booking because many orders are added for long period in the future and admins, drivers and customers may forget the particulars of the bookings.

You can turn these reminders off in Taxi Booking's Scheduling plugin.

the email is send to all users also the user they do not have order a taxi!

we looked at this problem and we found that if Taxi Booking user base has been synchronized to Joomla user base this may have happened for some user accounts.
We have fixed that possibility and have added the fix to the latest release 3.12.4 which is available for download from the server now.
