#497 – Return Pick up and Reurn Drop off

Hi,
Two questions:

1-  When I edit an order there are two fields that are blank and don't accept editing. They are Return Pick Up and Return Drop off. I don't understand these fields.

2 - If the pick up and/or drop off selected is a city must be a way the customer can enter the exact address. I think this can cn be donne in the Custom fields, is that correct? It is the only way?

Hi Jay,
Return Pick up and Drop off can not be edited because there was no Return trip booked on that order and you can't add Return trip without changing the whole order. For a return trip in this case you will have to create a new order.

If you only use Points of Interest and you have some POIs as Cities then yes, you need to create a Custom field to capture exact Address.

No, that order was Way and Return. I selected Return in the modules and set the return date and hour.
And the price was well calculated as double.

Hi Jay,
Return details can not be altered because of Car availability I have been informed by the Development team. In the future Return trip will be added as separate order and separate car can be selected for it but this is not possible at the moment and this is why Return details can not be edited through Order edit interface.

I understand these field can't be changed because of all implications. The point is that these fields are blank.

Sorry maybe I was not clear. The fields are blank when edit the order in back end, not in front end module.
