Is there a way to change the functions for the nearest 5 upward rounding? If possible, I would like for the rounding to be 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15 instead of 5, 10, 15, 20.

At the moment you can have Round up to the nearest 5 or to the nearest Whole number.
Rounding up to the nearest 2.5 is not possible without some custom development. This needs to be added to the rounding up logic and we will have to charge a little bit extra for it.
