Hi Ian,
this should not be possible as Taxi Booking only shows vehicles that can fit the passengers and suitcases selected by the booking customer.
Which version of Taxi Booking do you use?
If you still have this problem please open a Private ticket and send us your URL and back end log in information so we can take a look (always create temporary users when you send info for support so you can easily disable or remove them after support is done).
