Hi Mireia,
you don't have to pay anything after you have purchased Taxi Booking for Joomla.
It comes with 90 days support and updates. After those 90 days you can purchase more support and updates for £6.55 a month - £76.80 a year, but only if you wish to do so.
Taxi Booking will not stop working and you can use it forever.
