#576 – Conflict between POI and addresses.

Sorry to insist, but in truth the conflict generated between the POI and addresses, it is very slow and sometimes need to refresh the page.
At some times, when you type an address, it shows a long line of POI and end of the list are the addresses.
Even when I write only one direction, conflicts and hangs page.
The browser that use is Chrome, is updated and the internet speed is good that I have, until now I have no problems with my ISP.

On the other hand, I have one more question, you know that the POI have fields, in some cases with price, when the client writes the address of place and do not choose a POI, these fields are not added. What is the solution to this problem?

Hi Alex,

We have improved the Place autocomplete list, please check again and share your experience. If any POI is not found for the search keyword, no POI will be listed anymore.

About your question, The solution to this problem is what we have done. POIs come up first in the list so the customer can select the POI instead of Address. You can add Custom fields to Address as well but they will be shown on Any address selected by the customer.

Today August 28, I have updated the last version 3.12.7 of Taxibooking and this problem is slower and hard to write the address into pick up and drop off. It is worst.

Please, Could you check again this problem and get the whole solucion?

Hi Jaime,
your system is the only one that shows this problem. We have tried to find the source of the problem and we have added more improvements to this feature so please update to Taxi Booking 3.12.8 that we just released.

In this version we have added an option in Settings > General Settings > Combine Address and POI: Yes/No. Set this to No if you still experience the loading problem and the system will go back to the old way where only Address auto suggest is used while the user is typing in the field.
