#602 – voucher

Hi,

It's possible to send a custom message (voucher) depending the origin of the booking? I mean, the instructions will be different if the customer arrives at the airport or at the cruise terminal.

Hi Mireia,
you can use Custom fields and assign them to different POI Categories. There is no Text message custom field but if you are interested to invest in new Custom field type development please let us know and we will provide you with a quote and time frame.
I think Custom field is the best way to send different information based on Journey Origin.
