#604 – TB Corporate

Sorry if I insist with this subject, but I want to understand the logic of TB Corporate.

1. It said the only access to this complement is with a corporate account. So all user of TaxiBooking who is assigned like a client, Automatically they have a "corporate account"?

2. if it that is true, all my clients who works by a Company and the other "users normal"; they have access to pay by "invoice later"?

3. how can I separate users normal with the user corporate?.

1. It said the only access to this complement is with a corporate account. So all user of TaxiBooking who is assigned like a client, Automatically they have a "corporate account"? - yes, any user that you assign as Client will be able to use Invoice later for their own account.

2. if it that is true, all my clients who works by a Company and the other "users normal"; they have access to pay by "invoice later"? - normal users (users who are not set as Clients in User manager) will not be able to pay via Invoice later, the payment method will be disabled for them.

3. how can I separate users normal with the user corporate?. - normal users are not assigned to any user group in Taxi Booking > Users. Corporate users must be assigned to Clients in Taxi Booking > Users > Edit user

Please make sure that you have the latest version of Taxi Booking Corporate installed on your website as we have released important updates and enhancements.

Ok thank you so much, for your time and explanation.

So I have another question, for example, what happend if the customer want to pay every week, every fortnight and some cases, pay every day, becouse don't want to have debt.
I have a client who want to pay on the end of day, So I test this problem in TB Corporate and is not clear.

The bill of the month comes, regardless, if it happened the date hereof.
I explain:
Now we are in October, if the client pays every week, one month paid 4 times. So in Taxibooking Corporate, will have four bills for October, November, December and January, right ?, because logic dictates, you end up paying a bill, the next bill is for the following month.

So tell me, Taxibooking Corporate work to pay everymonth?
If it's Yes, How can I make a solution who clients pay in diferent time?

If you'd let me say, I can suggest that the complement, has the option to manage time billing amount, considering the present time.
This will help to more efficiently with your customer invoices.

Invoices are most commonly paid monthly and this is why we have created the logic for Taxi Booking Corporate for monthly payments - it is normal for any Company accounts to have just one invoice a month rather than multiple Invoices and payments. If they need multiple invoices they can pay for each Order as they make it.

However, in theory if the Invoice is not paid in full then it will not be closed so you can add multiple payments to an invoice but not paying it in full so the system leaves it open.
For example if the invoice is for $100 so far just add $99 and it will stay open and add new Orders for the same month to it.

We will not have the time to alter the invoice creation and pay out logic at the moment unless it's critical for you and you wish to invest in this development.
