#605 – Google map some errors

I still have two problems with the step 2 in Taxi boooking, where it show the map:

1. I think, when customer login like user and starting with the order, in the 2 step, the map no appear.

2. Some cases the road choose by google is wrong, becouse It choose the longest road.

I remember, in TaxiBooking we could choose the way of road, but I can't find it. where is that option?

Hi Alex,

Issue 1: We need Super user access and FTP access to debug this problem. Also, if you can please explain the sequences (with screenshots if possible) to reproduce the problem on our side, that will really help a lot to find out the solution. Please mention the browser name also.

Issue 2: Currently, we are using Google Maps API to detect the journey distance and duration. Google API always choose the best (most often the shortest) route between Pickup and Drop off points. And, if user adds some Stops, API organizes those stops to create the shortest route. We have an option/parameter named Optimze Stops at TaxiBooking Backend -> Settings -> Map settings. If Optimze Stops is set to Yes, Google will arrange the Stops to create the shortest route. If No, then Stops order by customer will be considered.
