HI, after install of the TB and the google API setup, the pickup and destinations are still outlined in red. Any idea why?

Hi Shane,
pick up and drop off fields will be outlined in red if the customer types in but doesn't select anything from the suggested Addresses in the automatic drop down - if they don't select anything Geolocation of the place they need can not be found.
If you think there is any other reason you have a problem we can take a closer look of your website.
