#683 – Edit Google Calandar

 Hi again

Sorry to ask lot of question, but I just start it now.

Actually I have a problem with the calendar. After I make a booking nothing display on the calendar.

In car section I allready put the info (http://prntscr.com/9v4okm) in Enable Google calendar but nothing display in the calendar.

Also can you tell me this (http://prntscr.com/9v4pmn) is for if I want to modify the order from directly my google calendar or any apps ?

Or I need to set it to display any order in calendar icon ?

Please check if the Calendar is Shared (public) and you have different calendars for each car.

It is somewhat hard to set up Google Calendar. If you have problems we can take a look and try to set it up for you. But for that we will need temporary access to your website back end, FTP to your server and access to your Google calendar.

You need to set up that information, without it nothing will be sent to Google calendar. Please follow the tutorial.

Ok I see If I understand to show the order in the calendar I have to do all in the tutorial as my last question ?

When I make a order and I assign a driver. How the driver will know the order ?
Taxibooking wll send to you by email the order ?

And if I change the driver, the new one get also a message ?

Yes, driver will receive an email with order details when he/she is assigned to the order and if you change the driver then the new driver will receive order details.

Aslo can you tell me in Joomla have a user group.
But it's possible to do a group for client, and group for driver ?

Sorry but I allready create a new client and new driver but when I make a order nobody receive an email
