#692 – Category/POI not working

 Sorry Martso, but after over a week with no reply to a private ticket, perhaps a public ticket might work... Created a "Tour" POI category and a couple of POIs under that category, then created a route with such POI's, and assigned a secial route. However, on the component, the "Pick up category" drop-down menu would not show the "Tour" category... pls find my website details in private ticket.

Hi Marcelo,
it doesn't really matter if the ticket is Private or Public - priority is based on first come first serve basis and I believe that your ticket has been already replied to after you have provided correct log in information, please check it again.

The problem is that your Pick up POI is in POI Category Landmarks not Tours and this is why Tours is not visible. Once you select that POI you can see Tours in Drop off Category selection.
