#89 – How t add extra fee per night trip at the total cost

 Hi mrs Kanev,

I would like to ask you if it is possible to add extra fee per night trips because that functionality is missing from the booking form.

It would be very helpfull if I could set the hours and the extra fee for the night trips in the booking settings.

You can see here what I mean by changes the trip hours to 23:00 and 11:00 to see the difference in cost

Hi Mr Zervos,
in version 3.8 of Taxi Booking we have added Tariffs section. There you can create Tariffs and assign them to cars with specific Days of the week and Times of the day so you can easily create Day and Night tariffs now.

I would like to ask you how i can apply Fixed Price night tarrif for my special routes offers. One example is that i have a special root offer wich without tarrif is 45€ and I need this price to be 45€+10€(night tarrif fee) for pick up time between 24:00 - 05:00 .

I tried to read the tutorial and aply the steps, but I can not make it work.

Can you please help me step by step to accomplish this result.

Hi Mr Zervos,
Tariffs will work only on Address to Address bookings with price per mile/kilometre set up.
In the case of Special routes you will actually need to have 2 Cars, one for Day and one for Night trips. This way you can assign both cars to the Special route with different prices.
In Car management specify the Car availability in the table for Day car from 05:00 to 23:55 and for Night car from 00:00 to 05:00. This set up will not show the Day car for night searches at the front end and Night car for Day searches.
In Special routes select Separate price for each car: Yes and then add the prices for both cars, in your example 45 for Day car and 55 for night car.
