1) Is it possible to set a price per unit distance in the offers? As example 1.10€ / km -
Special offers are for Fixed fares only and you can not set up Price per km here, use Taxi style set up for your cars instead. You can read more about Special offers/Fixed fare journeys here: https://kanev.com/blog/21-how-to-use-taxi-booking-for-fixed-prices-between-destinations
2) Is it possible to set a percentage for the vehicles with more passengers? As Example, for 4 to 8 passenger the price is augmented by 20% -
you can't set this via the system but you can create different cars with Minimum and Maximum passengers based on your PAX % increase. Example: Saloon car Min passengers 1 Max passengers 3 Price: $10; Saloon car Min passengers 4 Max passengers 8 Price: ($10+20%=)$12; This way only cars that fit Passenger selection at the front end booking form will be shown in Search results.
3) Vehicles are setted correctly and published, why sometimes, when i choose a route, it tells me there's no vehicles? -
Please check in your Special offers if you have set price for each car individually - empty or 0 Price field means this car is not available and the system will not show anything. If you still have troubles with set up please provide Temporary back end and FTP details to your website in a PRIVATE ticket and we will take a closer look for you.
4) Is it possible to set an overprice for time slots? as example, from 10pm to 6am there's an overprice of 15€ -
Yes, you can set different pricing for different Time intervals via Tariffs (https://kanev.com/blog/33-set-tariffs-for-taxi-booking) but Tariffs only work for Price per km set up. For Special routes Time price increase you will have to create different Cars with different Availability eg. Same car copy but Availability set from: 1. (first car) 6am to 10pm, 2. (second car) 10pm to 11:59pm (because the day ends at 12:00am), 3. (third car) 12am to 6am - when you do that and go to Special routes New/Edit route you will see all 3 cars listed there and you can set different price for each car.
5) Is it possible to remove from the form the field address and leaving only the offers? -
Yes, if you don't use Address search you can disable it from back end > Taxi Booking > Settings > General settings > Show Address search: No. Also make sure that all your cars are set with option Use as taxi: No
